About MPERA

Ownership in our estate confers on you automatic membership of the Association, the objectives of which include the promotion of community spirit, the maintenance of the amenities in the Estate, and the control of structural alterations to the 85 houses and outbuildings.

The affairs of the Association are vested in a committee of management consisting of a chairperson, secretary, treasurer and seven members representing each of the areas into which the Estate is divided for this purpose.
